Just wanted to say thank you for coming out to Fort Wilderness to change the battery out in my motor home. The tech you sent was extremely professional and polite. Thanks for the good service and for the reasonable service charges.
I had an an accident with my truck about 1 1/2 years ago. Since then, my truck has pulled to the right and was wearing out the tires at an incredible rate. I've been trying to get it aligned properly ever since. After going to 5 different businesses to get my truck aligned, spending over $100.00 at each place and having all of them tell me "it was as good as they could get it", I went to Crawford Tire. I wanted new tires but told them I wanted my truck aligned before they replaced the tires. They took the time to troubleshoot the alignment problem and determined that the front axle was bent. They replaced the front axle, aligned the truck, put on the new tires and the truck drives like it's brand new. I can't thank these guys enough. I really love my truck but had seriously considered selling it, since no one seemed to be able to fix it. Thank you, thank you to Crawford Tire. If I need automotive work in the future, this will be the place I take my vehicles.
My friend walked into this shop to get a tire for her daughters car fixed, after seeing other customers who came in after her be taken care of she asked when she was up. The reply she receive was pure evil “we don’t have time for colored people” I’ll be taking my $ else where.

Now come on this is a bit crazy don’t ya think? Playing the race card is getting old, I’m sorry. I can assure you no one said that to her because I checked her in, she waited exactly 4 minutes and stormed in saying she felt discriminated against. Editing the story and posting on websites clearly isn’t going to solve the race issue. Have a great weekend.
How do these people keep a 5 star rating when they are rude to customers and they over charge for their services?? And never wanna take fault in thier own mistakes wow! Look at all of thier responses to their poor reviews on Google they blame each and every customer for the mistakes this company made rather then accepting the mistakes and offering friendly services I don’t guess this company cares if they keep customers coming back poor customer service
Hey! This review platform I actually have to accept unlike the one your mother who used Google reviews. Writing a review about a company goes off the experience you had while at the company, however getting every person in the family to use all review platforms isn't really getting you anywhere? Here is your 5 seconds of fame, I approved it for ya!! We have nothing to hide? Would you guys go to OUTBACK eat the steak and then refuse to pay? You mother asked for a service for your car, expected in done in 5 minutes when there were 10 people in front of her and then when it came time to pay she was "unprepared" she said. Again taking advantage of review sites on something you were not present for is called a troll. Have a great night
